About this gene: Glycosylation of cellular glycoconjugates occurs in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi compartment, and requires transport of nucleotide sugars from the cytosol into the lumen of the ER and Golgi by specific transporters. The SLC35D1 protein resides in the ER, and transports both UDP-glucuronic acid and UDP-N-acetylgalactosamine from the cytoplasm to the ER lumen. The SLC35D1 gene product may participate in glucuronidation and/or chondroitin sulfate biosynthesis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
