SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SLC2A4RG (SLC2A4 regulator, also called GEF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SLC2A4RG qPCR Primer Set – SLC2A4 regulator
Also known as: GEF, GLUT4EF, HDBP-1, HDBP1, Si-1-2, Si-1-2-19
About this gene: The SLC2A4RG protein is a nuclear transcription factor involved in the activation of the solute carrier family 2 member 4 gene. The SLC2A4RG protein interacts with another transcription factor, myocyte enhancer factor 2, to activate transcription of SLC2A4RG.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56731; HGNC ID: HGNC:15930; UniProt: Q9NR83; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020062.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
