About this gene: SLC29A3 encodes a nucleoside transporter. The SLC29A3 protein is involved in cellular uptake of nucleosides, nucleobases, and their related analogs. Mutations in SLC29A3 have been linked to H syndrome, which is characterized by cutaneous hyperpigmentation and hypertrichosis, hepatosplenomegaly, heart anomalies, and hypogonadism.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
