About this gene: SLC27A3 belongs to a family of integral membrane proteins and encodes a protein that is involved in lipid metabolism. The increased expression of SLC27A3 in human neural stem cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells suggests that it is important for early brain development. Naturally occurring mutations in SLC27A3 are linked to autism spectrum disorders.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
