About this gene: The diastrophic dysplasia sulfate transporter is a transmembrane glycoprotein implicated in the pathogenesis of multiple human chondrodysplasias. The SLC26A2 gene product apparently is critical in cartilage for sulfation of proteoglycans and matrix organization.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
