The SLC20A2 protein is a type 3 sodium-dependent phosphate symporter that is important for phosphate homeostasis by mediating cellular phosphate uptake. The SLC20A2 protein also confers susceptibility to viral infection as a gamma-retroviral receptor.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
