SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GLYR1 (glyoxylate reductase 1 homolog, also called NPAC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GLYR1 qPCR Primer Set – glyoxylate reductase 1 homolog
Also known as: BM045, HIBDL, N-PAC, NP60, NPAC, hNDF
About this gene: GLYR1 enables multiple functions, including chromatin-protein adaptor activity; histone binding activity; and nucleosome binding activity. It is involved in transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling and transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Is active in chromatin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84656; HGNC ID: HGNC:24434; UniProt: Q49A26; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032569.4; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
