About this gene: SLC15A1 encodes a intestinal hydrogen peptide cotransporter that belongs to the solute carrier family 15. The SLC15A1 protein is localized to the brush border membrane of the intestinal epithelium and mediates the uptake of di- and tripeptides from the lumen into the enterocytes. The SLC15A1 protein is important for the uptake and digestion of dietary proteins.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
