SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human UFM1 (ubiquitin fold modifier 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human UFM1 qPCR Primer Set – ubiquitin fold modifier 1
Also known as: BM-002, C13orf20, HLD14
About this gene: UFM1 is a ubiquitin-like protein that is conjugated to target proteins by E1-like activating enzyme UBA5 and E2-like conjugating enzyme UFC1 in a manner analogous to ubiquitylation.[supplied by OMIM, Dec 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51569; HGNC ID: HGNC:20597; UniProt: P61960; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016617.4; Chromosome location: 13q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
