SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SLAMF7 (SLAM family member 7, also called CRACC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SLAMF7 qPCR Primer Set – SLAM family member 7
Also known as: 19A, CD319, CRACC, CS1
About this gene: SLAMF7 enables identical protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in T cell activation and immune response. It is predicted to act upstream of or within regulation of natural killer cell activation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57823; HGNC ID: HGNC:21394; UniProt: Q9NQ25; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021181.5; Chromosome location: 1q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
