SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SIRPB2 (signal regulatory protein beta 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SIRPB2 qPCR Primer Set – signal regulatory protein beta 2
Also known as: PTPN1L, PTPNS1L3, dJ776F14.2
About this gene: SIRPB2 is predicted to be located in membrane. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 284759; HGNC ID: HGNC:16247; UniProt: Q5JXA9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001122962.2; Chromosome location: 20p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
