SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SIRPB1 (signal regulatory protein beta 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SIRPB1 qPCR Primer Set – signal regulatory protein beta 1
Also known as: CD172b, SIRB1, SIRP-BETA-1
About this gene: The SIRPB1 protein belongs to the signal-regulatory-protein family, and also belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. SIRP family members are receptor-type transmembrane glycoproteins known to be involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling processes. The SIRPB1 protein was found to interact with TYROBP/DAP12, a protein bearing immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10326; HGNC ID: HGNC:15928; UniProt: O00241; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006065.5; Chromosome location: 20p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
