SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SIPA1 (signal-induced proliferation-associated 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SIPA1 qPCR Primer Set – signal-induced proliferation-associated 1
Also known as: SPA1
About this gene: The product of SIPA1 is a mitogen induced GTPase activating protein. The SIPA1 gene product exhibits a specific GAP activity for Ras-related regulatory proteins Rap1 and Rap2, but not for Ran or other small GTPases. The SIPA1 protein may also hamper mitogen-induced cell cycle progression when abnormally or prematurely expressed.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6494; HGNC ID: HGNC:10885; UniProt: Q96FS4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006747.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
