SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TM2D3 (TM2 domain containing 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TM2D3 qPCR Primer Set – TM2 domain containing 3
Also known as: BLP2, NCRMS
About this gene: The TM2D3 protein contains a structural module related to that of the seven transmembrane domain G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. The TM2D3 protein has sequence and structural similarities to the beta-amyloid binding protein, but, unlike BBP, it does not regulate a response to beta-amyloid peptide. The TM2D3 protein may have regulatory roles in cell death or proliferation signal cascades.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80213; HGNC ID: HGNC:24128; UniProt: Q9BRN9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_078474.3; Chromosome location: 15q26.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
