SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SIAH2 (siah E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2, also called hSiah2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SIAH2 qPCR Primer Set – siah E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2
Also known as: hSiah2
About this gene: SIAH2 encodes a protein that belongs to the seven in absentia homolog family. The protein is an E3 ligase and is involved in ubiquitination and proteasome-mediated degradation of specific proteins. The activity of this ubiquitin ligase has been implicated in regulating cellular response to hypoxia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6478; HGNC ID: HGNC:10858; UniProt: O43255; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005067.7; Chromosome location: 3q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
