SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SI (sucrase-isomaltase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SI qPCR Primer Set – sucrase-isomaltase
About this gene: SI encodes a sucrase-isomaltase enzyme that is expressed in the intestinal brush border. The SI protein is synthesized as a precursor protein that is cleaved by pancreatic proteases into two enzymatic subunits sucrase and isomaltase. These two subunits heterodimerize to form the sucrose-isomaltase complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6476; HGNC ID: HGNC:10856; UniProt: P14410; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001041.4; Chromosome location: 3q26.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
