SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CHMP4C (charged multivesicular body protein 4C) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CHMP4C qPCR Primer Set – charged multivesicular body protein 4C
Also known as: SNF7-3, Shax3, VPS32C
About this gene: CHMP4C belongs to the chromatin-modifying protein/charged multivesicular body protein family. These proteins are components of ESCRT-III, a complex involved in degradation of surface receptor proteins and formation of endocytic multivesicular bodies. Some CHMPs have both nuclear and cytoplasmic/vesicular distributions, and one such CHMP, CHMP1A, is required for both MVB formation and regulation of cell cycle progression.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 92421; HGNC ID: HGNC:30599; UniProt: Q96CF2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152284.4; Chromosome location: 8q21.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
