Human SH3RF1 qPCR Primer Set – SH3 domain containing ring finger 1

Also known as: POSH, RNF142, SH3MD2

About this gene: SH3RF1 encodes a protein containing an N-terminus RING-finger, four SH3 domains, and a region implicated in binding of the Rho GTPase Rac. Via the RING-finger, the SH3RF1 protein is reported to function as an ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in protein sorting at the trans-Golgi network. The SH3RF1 protein may also act as a scaffold for the c-Jun N-terminal kinase signaling pathway, facilitating the formation of a functional signaling module.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57630; HGNC ID: HGNC:17650; UniProt: Q7Z6J0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020870.4; Chromosome location: 4q32.3-q33

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
