About this gene: SH3GLB1 encodes a SRC homology 3 domain-containing protein. The SH3GLB1 protein interacts with the proapoptotic member of the Bcl-2 family, Bcl-2-associated X protein and may be involved in regulating apoptotic signaling pathways. The SH3GLB1 protein may also be involved in maintaining mitochondrial morphology.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
