SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SH3GL2 (SH3 domain containing GRB2 like 2, endophilin A1, also called EEN-B1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SH3GL2 qPCR Primer Set – SH3 domain containing GRB2 like 2, endophilin A1
Also known as: CNSA2, EEN-B1, SH3D2A, SH3P4
About this gene: SH3GL2 enables identical protein binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability; negative regulation of gene expression; and negative regulation of signal transduction. Implicated in Parkinson's disease.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6456; HGNC ID: HGNC:10831; UniProt: Q99962; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003026.5; Chromosome location: 9p22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
