SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SH2D3C (SH2 domain containing 3C, also called SHEP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SH2D3C qPCR Primer Set – SH2 domain containing 3C
Also known as: CHAT, NSP3, PRO34088, SHEP1
About this gene: SH2D3C encodes a adaptor protein and member of a cytoplasmic protein family involved in cell migration. The SH2D3C protein contains a putative Src homology 2 domain and guanine nucleotide exchange factor-like domain which allows this signaling protein to form a complex with scaffolding protein Crk-associated substrate.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10044; HGNC ID: HGNC:16884; UniProt: Q8N5H7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_170600.3; Chromosome location: 9q34.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
