SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SH2D2A (SH2 domain containing 2A, also called TSAd) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SH2D2A qPCR Primer Set – SH2 domain containing 2A
Also known as: F2771, TSAD, VRAP
About this gene: SH2D2A encodes a adaptor protein thought to function in T-cell signal transduction. A related protein in mouse is responsible for the activation of lymphocyte-specific protein-tyrosine kinase and functions in downstream signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9047; HGNC ID: HGNC:10821; UniProt: Q9NP31; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003975.4; Chromosome location: 1q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
