SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SFTPD (surfactant protein D, also called SP-D) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SFTPD qPCR Primer Set – surfactant protein D
Also known as: COLEC7, PSP-D, SFTP4, SP-D
About this gene: The SFTPD protein is part of the innate immune response, protecting the lungs against inhaled microorganisms and chemicals. The SFTPD protein may also be involved in surfactant metabolism.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6441; HGNC ID: HGNC:10803; UniProt: P35247; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003019.5; Chromosome location: 10q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
