SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRSF7 (serine and arginine rich splicing factor 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRSF7 qPCR Primer Set – serine and arginine rich splicing factor 7
Also known as: 9G8, AAG3, SFRS7
About this gene: The SRSF7 protein belongs to the serine/arginine-rich family of pre-mRNA splicing factors, which constitute part of the spliceosome. Each of these factors contains an N-terminal RNA recognition motif for binding RNA and a C-terminal RS domain for binding other proteins. The RS domain is rich in serine and arginine residues and facilitates interaction between different SR splicing factors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6432; HGNC ID: HGNC:10789; UniProt: Q16629; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001031684.3; Chromosome location: 2p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
