SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRSF11 (serine and arginine rich splicing factor 11, also called p54) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRSF11 qPCR Primer Set – serine and arginine rich splicing factor 11
Also known as: NET2, SFRS11, dJ677H15.2, p54
About this gene: SRSF11 encodes 54-kD nuclear protein that contains an arginine/serine-rich region similar to segments found in pre-mRNA splicing factors. Although the function of this protein is not yet known, structure and immunolocalization data suggest that it may play a role in pre-mRNA processing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9295; HGNC ID: HGNC:10782; UniProt: Q05519; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001350605.2; Chromosome location: 1p31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
