SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRA2B (transformer 2 beta homolog, also called TRA2-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRA2B qPCR Primer Set – transformer 2 beta homolog
Also known as: Htra2-beta, PPP1R156, RAMELN, SFRS10, SRFS10, TRA2-BETA, TRAN2B
About this gene: TRA2B encodes a nuclear protein which acts as sequence-specific serine/arginine splicing factor which is involved in mRNA processing, splicing patterns, and gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6434; HGNC ID: HGNC:10781; UniProt: P62995; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004593.3; Chromosome location: 3q27.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
