SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SRSF1 (serine and arginine rich splicing factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SRSF1 qPCR Primer Set – serine and arginine rich splicing factor 1
Also known as: ASF, NEDFBA, SF2, SF2p33, SFRS1, SRp30a
About this gene: SRSF1 belongs to the arginine/serine-rich splicing factor protein family. The SRSF1 protein can either activate or repress splicing, depending on its phosphorylation state and its interaction partners.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6426; HGNC ID: HGNC:10780; UniProt: Q07955; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006924.5; Chromosome location: 17q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
