SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SFPQ (splicing factor proline and glutamine rich, also called PSF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SFPQ qPCR Primer Set – splicing factor proline and glutamine rich
Also known as: POMP100, PPP1R140, PSF
About this gene: SFPQ enables DNA binding activity; histone deacetylase binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome; positive regulation of oxidative stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6421; HGNC ID: HGNC:10774; UniProt: P23246; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005066.3; Chromosome location: 1p34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
