SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SF3B4 (splicing factor 3b subunit 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SF3B4 qPCR Primer Set – splicing factor 3b subunit 4
Also known as: AFD1, Hsh49, SAP49, SF3b49
About this gene: In addition to RNA-binding activity, this protein interacts directly and highly specifically with subunit 2 of the splicing factor 3B. This protein contains two N-terminal RNA-recognition motifs, consistent with the observation that it binds directly to pre-mRNA.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10262; HGNC ID: HGNC:10771; UniProt: Q15427; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005850.5; Chromosome location: 1q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
