SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SF3B3 (splicing factor 3b subunit 3, also called SF3b130) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SF3B3 qPCR Primer Set – splicing factor 3b subunit 3
Also known as: RSE1, SAP130, SF3b130, STAF130
About this gene: SF3B3 encodes subunit 3 of the splicing factor 3b protein complex. Splicing factor 3b, together with splicing factor 3a and a 12S RNA unit, forms the U2 small nuclear ribonucleoproteins complex. Subunit 3 has also been identified as a component of the STAGA (SPT3-TAF31-GCN5L acetylase) transcription coactivator-HAT complex, and the TFTC (TATA-binding-protein-free TAF-containing complex).
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23450; HGNC ID: HGNC:10770; UniProt: Q15393; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012426.5; Chromosome location: 16q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
