SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SF3A2 (splicing factor 3a subunit 2, also called SF3a66) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SF3A2 qPCR Primer Set – splicing factor 3a subunit 2
Also known as: PRP11, PRPF11, SAP62, SF3a66
About this gene: SF3A2 encodes subunit 2 of the splicing factor 3a protein complex. The splicing factor 3a heterotrimer includes subunits 1, 2 and 3 and is necessary for the in vitro conversion of 15S U2 snRNP into an active 17S particle that performs pre-mRNA splicing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8175; HGNC ID: HGNC:10766; UniProt: Q15428; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007165.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
