SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SETD6 (SET domain containing 6, protein lysine methyltransferase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SETD6 qPCR Primer Set – SET domain containing 6, protein lysine methyltransferase
About this gene: SETD6 encodes a methyltransferase that adds a methyl group to the histone H2AZ, which is involved in nuclear receptor-dependent transcription. The protein also interacts with multiple endogenous proteins which are involved in nuclear hormone receptor signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79918; HGNC ID: HGNC:26116; UniProt: Q8TBK2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001160305.4; Chromosome location: 16q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
