About this gene: SETBP1 encodes a protein which contains a multiple motifs including a ski homology region and a SET-binding region also to three nuclear localization signals. The SETBP1 protein is reported to bind the SET nuclear oncogene which is involved in DNA replication. Mutations in SETBP1 are linked to Schinzel-Giedion midface retraction syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
