SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SCRN3 (secernin 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SCRN3 qPCR Primer Set – secernin 3
Also known as: SES3
About this gene: SCRN3 is predicted to enable cysteine-type exopeptidase activity and dipeptidase activity. It is predicted to be involved in detection of temperature stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79634; HGNC ID: HGNC:30382; UniProt: Q0VDG4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024583.5; Chromosome location: 2q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
