SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERPINH1 (serpin family H member 1, also called AsTP3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERPINH1 qPCR Primer Set – serpin family H member 1
Also known as: AsTP3, CBP1, CBP2, HSP47, OI10, PIG14, PPROM, RA-A47, SERPINH2, gp46
About this gene: SERPINH1 belongs to the serpin superfamily of serine proteinase inhibitors. The SERPINH1 protein is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and is involved in collagen biosynthesis as a collagen-specific molecular chaperone. Autoantibodies to the SERPINH1 protein have been found in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 871; HGNC ID: HGNC:1546; UniProt: P50454; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001235.5; Chromosome location: 11q13.5
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
