SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERPINB7 (serpin family B member 7, also called TP55) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERPINB7 qPCR Primer Set – serpin family B member 7
Also known as: MEGSIN, PPKN, TP55
About this gene: SERPINB7 belongs to a family of proteins which function as protease inhibitors. Expression of SERPINB7 is upregulated in IgA nephropathy and mutations have been found to cause palmoplantar keratoderma, Nagashima type.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8710; HGNC ID: HGNC:13902; UniProt: O75635; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003784.4; Chromosome location: 18q21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
