SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERPINA3 (serpin family A member 3, also called ACT) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERPINA3 qPCR Primer Set – serpin family A member 3
Also known as: AACT, ACT, GIG24, GIG25
About this gene: The SERPINA3 protein belongs to the serpin family of proteins, a group of proteins that inhibit serine proteases. SERPINA3 is one in a cluster of serpin genes located on the q arm of chromosome 14. Polymorphisms in this protein appear to be tissue specific and influence protease targeting.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 12; HGNC ID: HGNC:16; UniProt: P01011; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001085.5; Chromosome location: 14q32.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
