SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERPINA2 (serpin family A member 2 (gene/pseudogene)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERPINA2 qPCR Primer Set – serpin family A member 2 (gene/pseudogene)
Also known as: ARGS, ATR, PIL, SERPINA2P, psiATR
About this gene: SERPINA2 belongs to the serpin family of proteins, a group of proteins that inhibit serine proteases. The encoded intracellular glycoprotein is localized at the endoplasmic reticulum. Some individuals, as represented by the reference genome allele, contain a 2kb coding region deletion and a start code mutation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 390502; HGNC ID: HGNC:8985; UniProt: P20848; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006220.3; Chromosome location: 14q32.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
