About this gene: The SERPINA10 protein belongs to the serpin family. The SERPINA10 gene product is predominantly expressed in the liver and secreted in plasma. The SERPINA10 gene product inhibits the activity of coagulation factors Xa and XIa in the presence of protein Z, calcium and phospholipid.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
