SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERP1 (stress associated endoplasmic reticulum protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERP1 qPCR Primer Set – stress associated endoplasmic reticulum protein 1
Also known as: RAMP4
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including positive regulation of organ growth; positive regulation of peptide hormone secretion; and positive regulation of translation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27230; HGNC ID: HGNC:10759; UniProt: Q9Y6X1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014445.4; Chromosome location: 3q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
