SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERHL (serine hydrolase like (pseudogene)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERHL qPCR Primer Set – serine hydrolase like (pseudogene)
Also known as: BK126B4.1, BK126B4.2, HS126B42, SERHLP, dJ222E13.1
About this gene: SERHL is predicted to enable hydrolase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 94009; HGNC ID: HGNC:14408; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
