Human SENP7 qPCR Primer Set – SUMO specific peptidase 7
About this gene: The reversible posttranslational modification of proteins by the addition of small ubiquitin-like SUMO proteins is required for many cellular processes. SUMO-specific proteases, such as SENP7, process SUMO precursors to generate a C-terminal diglycine motif required for the conjugation reaction. They also display isopeptidase activity for deconjugation of SUMO-conjugated substrates.[supplied by OMIM, Jun 2009].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57337; HGNC ID: HGNC:30402; UniProt: Q9BQF6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020654.5; Chromosome location: 3q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
