SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SENP1 (SUMO specific peptidase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SENP1 qPCR Primer Set – SUMO specific peptidase 1
Also known as: SuPr-2
About this gene: SENP1 encodes a cysteine protease that specifically targets members of the small ubiquitin-like modifier protein family. This protease regulates SUMO pathways by deconjugating sumoylated proteins. This protease also functions to process the precursor SUMO proteins into their mature form.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29843; HGNC ID: HGNC:17927; UniProt: Q9P0U3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001267594.2; Chromosome location: 12q13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
