Human SEMA3F qPCR Primer Set – semaphorin 3F
Also known as: SEMA-IV, SEMA4, SEMAK
About this gene: SEMA3F belongs to the semaphorin III family of secreted signaling proteins that are involved in axon guidance during neuronal development. The SEMA3F protein contains an N-terminal Sema domain, an immunoglobulin loop and a C-terminal basic domain. SEMA3F is expressed by the endothelial cells where it was found to act in an autocrine fashion to induce apoptosis, inhibit cell proliferation and survival, and function as an anti-tumorigenic agent.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6405; HGNC ID: HGNC:10728; UniProt: Q13275; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004186.5; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
