Human SEMA3E qPCR Primer Set – semaphorin 3E
Also known as: M-SEMAH, M-SemaK, SEMAH, coll-5
About this gene: Semaphorins are a large family of conserved secreted and membrane associated proteins which possess a semaphorin domain and a PSI domain in the N-terminal extracellular portion. Based on sequence and structural similarities, semaphorins are put into eight classes: invertebrates contain classes 1 and 2, viruses have class V, and vertebrates contain classes 3-7. Semaphorins serve as axon guidance ligands via multimeric receptor complexes, some containing plexin proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9723; HGNC ID: HGNC:10727; UniProt: O15041; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012431.3; Chromosome location: 7q21.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
