SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SEMA3C (semaphorin 3C, also called Semaphorin-E) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SEMA3C qPCR Primer Set – semaphorin 3C
Also known as: SEMAE, SemE
About this gene: SEMA3C encodes a secreted glycoprotein that belongs to the semaphorin class 3 family of neuronal guidance cues. The SEMA3C protein contains an N-terminal sema domain, integrin and immunoglobulin-like domains, and a C-terminal basic domain. Homodimerization and proteolytic cleavage of the C-terminal propeptide are necessary for the function of the SEMA3C protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10512; HGNC ID: HGNC:10725; UniProt: Q99985; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006379.5; Chromosome location: 7q21.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
