SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SELL (selectin L, also called TQ1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SELL qPCR Primer Set – selectin L
Also known as: CD62L, LAM1, LECAM1, LEU8, LNHR, LSEL, LYAM1, PLNHR, TQ1
About this gene: SELL encodes a cell surface adhesion molecule that belongs to a family of adhesion/homing receptors. The SELL protein contains a C-type lectin-like domain, a calcium-binding epidermal growth factor-like domain, and two short complement-like repeats. The gene product is required for binding and subsequent rolling of leucocytes on endothelial cells, facilitating their migration into secondary lymphoid organs and inflammation sites.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6402; HGNC ID: HGNC:10720; UniProt: P14151; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000655.5; Chromosome location: 1q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
