SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SERTAD1 (SERTA domain containing 1, also called TRIP-Br1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SERTAD1 qPCR Primer Set – SERTA domain containing 1
Also known as: SEI1, TRIP-Br1, TRIPBR1
About this gene: SERTAD1 is predicted to enable transcription coactivator activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of cell growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29950; HGNC ID: HGNC:17932; UniProt: Q9UHV2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013376.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
