SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRAPPC2 (trafficking protein particle complex subunit 2, also called Sedlin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRAPPC2 qPCR Primer Set – trafficking protein particle complex subunit 2
Also known as: MIP2A, SEDL, SEDT, TRAPPC2P1, TRS20, ZNF547L, hYP38334
About this gene: The TRAPPC2 protein is believed to be part of a large multi-subunit complex involved in the targeting and fusion of endoplasmic reticulum-to-Golgi transport vesicles with their acceptor compartment. In addition, the TRAPPC2 protein can bind c-myc promoter-binding protein 1 and block its transcriptional repression capability. Mutations in TRAPPC2 are a cause of spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia tarda.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6399; HGNC ID: HGNC:23068; UniProt: P0DI81; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001011658.4; Chromosome location: Xp22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
