SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SEC61G (SEC61 translocon subunit gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SEC61G qPCR Primer Set – SEC61 translocon subunit gamma
Also known as: SSS1
About this gene: The Sec61 complex is the central component of the protein translocation apparatus of the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Oligomers of the Sec61 complex form a transmembrane channel where proteins are translocated across and integrated into the ER membrane. This complex consists of three membrane proteins- alpha, beta, and gamma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23480; HGNC ID: HGNC:18277; UniProt: P60059; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014302.4; Chromosome location: 7p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
